Your Toothbrush

Your Toothbrush I used whenever I stayed,
Now as the Unborn you are to me,
One of many Faces eventually Forgotton.
When kisses plentiful were imparted,
And Embraces abundant thus exchanged,
From each other’s Heart we Drank,
Learnt the Secrets of Love were few,
Established An Absolute, upon planes unsure,
That Love and Attraction are both fleeting.
The Days I ticked, till Romance Diminised,
A Bomb within my Heart waiting to Explode.
I expected the worse to avoid Disappointment,
Thankyou my Dear for proving me Right.
Die would our love, like Roses in Winter,
Twas you who said, have more Faith.
Convincing me indifference was a Defect,
though upon it, I could always depend.
Obdurate I was, Doubly so I am Today.
Of one thing i’m certain, Beyond probalilty,
Your Toothbrush I shall Never use again.
