FRONT ENTRANCE TO ST LUKES CHURCH . THIS IS THE SAME VIEW THE SETTLERS WOULD HAVE HAD IT IS SURROUNDED BY A CEMETARY WHICH DATES FROM THE 1700’S TO MODERN TIMES. THEY FOUND OTHER GRAVES RIGHT NEXT TO THE CHURCH ALONG THE BUILDING WHICH ARE FROM THE 1600’S AND WERE UNMARKED OR ELSE THE MARKERS DESTROYED OVER TIME . THE GRAVES FROM THE 1600’S WERE FOUND JUST TO THE LEFT RIGHT NEXT TO THE BUILDING. THERE ARE TWO PEOPLE BURIED INSIDE THE CHURCH WITH LARGE FLOOR MARKERS THAT ARE WELL PRESERVED AND INTACT.
