I have spent a lot of time wandering through humid rainforests. I have learned to watch where I step (always wary of vipers and other goodies). I am constantly amazed by what I discover amidst the leaf litter. If you haven’t found it yet, look in the bottom left corner. This is a Solomon Eyelash Frog (Ceratobatrachus Guentheri). It is endemic to the Solomon Islands and parts of New Guinea. It is a true master of camouflage. It is one of the most bizarre and fascinating creatures that I have encountered in my ramblings around this planet!
