Artist's Description

A stereo (3D) colour anaglyph capture of a protruding tree branch and trunk by the shoreline of the Grand river near Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Totally hand-held with parallax adjustments done in Photoshop. This rendition preserves most of the original colours of the scene except for the red which comes from one of the pairs. Viewing this with red/cyan glasses will give you the correct effect and your brain will eventually perceive the underlying colours as well.

Best viewed at full size with red/cyan glasses at about 18-24 inches from the screen or print.

For more information about stereo (3D) anaglyphs see the group “Anaglyph World”.
