A LIFE LIKE THIS

In the midist of the night,
I sit in darkness
only a shadow of light
The pain that runs down my legs makes me want to scream and beg

Lord take this away
let me run and play

Why should I suffer and watch others as they live a life untold

Lord why is it that I have to grow old?

I hold my hand up to your throne
let have the will to carry on.

A life like this I dont understand
but one day soon I can:

Walk under the trees and through the meadows
I can run like the wind and touch the flower petals

Some times in life a load we carry
we are not thrilled to have to bure it.

But with his Love, God helps us share it.
