Tales From My Lucid Soup

This is one from my lucid bowl of starry stew
Where frozen tears drops explode from the faux skies that I drew!
My spirit flies with moonlight wings
Side by side with other darkly things.

We soar and scream around trees of empty nests,
Melodious cries echoes between the plexus of my breasts!
A sexual osmosis in a profusion of sweat!
But trembling hands cannot hide the fear I beset!

Is it the danger of a lost cause?
Under the statute of a folklore clause.
Stories from the Atomic Age,
Recants from the Ice Sage
Telekinesis from a forgotten past,
Alchemists in a hynoptic cast.

Riding through a lonely road of sordid secrets,
Cannot hide the blood stains in my bleakness.
The hills have eyes and so do I,
With those bullet holes I have vainly sought to hide.
My execution was set at twilight,
When my birthday party was meant for midnight.

Remember that dress I wore for the prom?
It’s bloodied and torn from that suicide bomb!
How could the judge have got it so darn wrong?
When the jury was singing my swan song!
