Artist's Description

A Crested Caracara, a buzzard or some call it the “Mexican Eagle”, this one a juvenile, takes a stroll and passed right in front of my camera after I tried sneaking up on it from the wrong side, it surprised me by doubling back. Somehow this bird wound up living in central Florida where the land is like the prairie where they came from before they got blown in here on some kind of wind.
