Artist's Description

I painted this model in Paris taking a cigarette break, leaning on a window. The composition is heavily geometric. Triangles of various rank and size are all over the place.

The support is a ceramic tile that I sculpted. After glazing and firing the clay, it was ready for the image. I used to do this a lot, making ceramic supports for my painting. The miniature titled “Pillow”, is an oil painting that I believe I come from the year 2000. I used a palette with few colors.

(The saturation in this image is too high. The actual piece is more subtle. I may see if I can color correct it at a later date).
