  Could be, Ybor City has a large Cuban and Italian population so perhaps this is left over from a time of turmoil.

  I used to live in Brandon. Gang activity was on the rise even in the late 80’s. Nice capture.

  Thanks, Lori :) I think it’s too old be gang related, most of their stuff is graffitti influenced anyway. Who knows though. I’ll have to research it some more.

  My Hubby says its about World Goverment and the Plan to cause every man, woman and Child in the World to be Forced to Hold a Bank Account in some sort of World bank , you wont Be able to Hide Money Under Your bed ,and you won’t be able to get a Job or Even Buy Food without this Bank account…….
