I've always loved documenting my surroundings. We can all appreciate a nice portrait of something pretty, but I especially enjoy capturing the beauty of everyday situations and places. Kites flying against a bright blue sky, tiny paw prints preserved in concrete, driftwood on a sunny beach, a happy couple lying beneath a tree in Central Park. I love noticing the connections between things, and how there are always more of them than you expect.
