Trappings For The Curious

It’s all a blur a clouded mind
A haze within a haze alone in time
Seen and not seen heard and not heard
These red rimmed eyes will tell the tale

The man on the street lives his pain
Yet hardly aware of traffic jams
The jammed hard scowls and gridlock smiles
Hold him in his rapid state

What’s beyond the steel blue door
Who can hide amidst the screams
There’s traces here of bold intent
And trappings for the curious

All the long lost refugees
Live and breathe to find a home
They look for peace and long for rest
And wonder of a world unknown
