Roebuck Bay, Broome, Western Australia.
We had a sensational storm cell pass over us last night!
Watching a storm like this makes you so alive. The air tingles. There is a sense of expectancy. The frogs were croaking, the crickets chirping… but occasionally, even they went silent, and it was just the pregnant pause before the strike. I was in heaven. I’ve lived in Broome for four years now, and in the Kimberley for nine years, and I’ve never seen anything like it. Wow!!!
