Jamaican curry

You need; 2 kg chicken pieces (skinned)
salt and pepper,
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp majoram
1 tbs curry powder
1-2 tbs flour
1 chicken stock cube
1-2 cloves of garlic
450g canned tomatoes
2 cups water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 casserole dish
1 oven in good shape
Place chicken in casserole dish then pour mixed seasoning over chicken.
cook in the oven for 4 hours. 180 oC
Serve with rice.
