Artist's Description

reaching out from beneath nights I cold feel the yearning air
a glimps of unseen colours appeared to softly breathe on the horizon
as the colours became his thoughts he knew she was near
her whispers spoke across the sky to which only he could hear

you spoke of the ocean that would rise to your knees
your heart could take pictures when you felt free
waves evoke her and crash in her mind with apologies
and I see you now, and you see me now

a routine that became an open door as their dawn would solidify
she saw the beauty in the motion blurred, unlike no other
with shapes in the ancient water that longed to be named
the dawn were his thoughts calling, from the colours she becomes

you spoke of the ocean that would rise to your knees
your heart could take pictures when you felt free
waves evoke her and crash in her mind with apologies
and I see you now, and you see me now

I listen to your whispers burning to be claimed, they become my air
with crowded questions reborn into hurtful answers
she brought me to the ocean where the waves swallowed the pain
and her colours would breathe in new light to his dawn once more

you spoke of the ocean that would rise to your knees
your heart could take pictures when you felt free
waves evoke her and crash in her mind with apologies
and I see you now, and you see me now
