Loving Life.

Well, I’m really enjoying life at the moment. Not that I ever notice when I’m not enjoying life, its just that lately I’ve been noticing that it goooood more than I usually do. Since finding photography a year or two ago I’ve found that the more I put into it, the more I’m getting out of it. The last couple of meet ups with fellow Bubblers has just shown me that this hobby is also a great way to meet other photo nuts. These days I’m looking at everything as though I had a lens in front of me, “Ohh, that would make a great shot” “Hmm, if I come back here late evening the light would be terrific” etc etc. Its great. I was at Stirling last weekend getting fire wood. Whoa, the trees up there look fantastic. We’ve been getting some cool looking clouds coming through lately too, and winter is racing up to us. I used to think “whoooo hooo the Salmon will be biting soon” and while I’m thinking that still, now it’s got the added extra of “Coool, I can get some great beach, surf and wildlife shots down at Salt Creek or Robe or where ever I go” No, life is good and I’m really enjoying it.Having said that, Tracy just mentioned our little man Farken the Ferret. He’s still missing, three weeks now. That’s not so good. Not so good at all but there’s a thought that I hold in my heart. It’s something Tracy said to me when I had to say goodbye to my best mate Olly, the bestest dog that ever was. “Well, while he was here, he couldn’t have been any more loved!” We miss him dearly.Cheers……Mick.
