Who Hurts worse?

Out in this lonely street
We call life, to the best of our hearts
A desert of promises we dine
Hoping for a chance to see
What our hearts desire
Without the cross of pain
A heavy cloak of sorrow
Drapes the homes of the working class
Who are punished for everyday they live
Masters of power drool with glee
As the profit of power fill the graves
Hands held out for pity
Show the people you care
Slaves of freedoms choices
To live with honour
You must sacrifice
