Manannán mac Lir is a Celtic/Manx God of the sea and he is a ruler of the Otherworld.
He somehow urged me to portray him (maybe because Samhain is approaching) and I tried to draw him exactly the way I see him. His clothes reflect the colours of the stormy sea and he holds a wave in his hand.
He is older than the Tuatha Dé Danann and he controls the mists between this world and the Otherworld.
Manannán, son of the sea god Lyr, is said to have been the first ruler of the Isle of Man (hence the name, I guess).
