Artist's Description

Was greeted by Lars’ beautiful photo this morning and so the words came -

In my eyes, in my ears, in my golden years,
I still remember how the wind played with my hair,
The heat from your body mingled with your stare
Long, lazy strolls under sycamore trees
fingers lacing lovingly, hips pleading please…
I loved you that summer
More than you will ever know
You asked me do you love me
Or am I just another Joe?
You never did believe me
You never heard me weep
I left you there knowing
Some things can never be
All that remained was
sorrow,
sullen
silence
and a lonely,
long forgotten
plea…

You can see his photo here -

In my eyes, in my ears
