Artist's Description

This building served as a stage coach stop before being converted to a grange building and dance hall. Built in the late 1800’s it is located in Diamond Oregon. Diamond, located in Harney county in south east Oregon is named after the diamond shaped branding iron used by pioneer rancher Mace McCoy to brand his cattle.
