Artist's Description

Snapped this flower years ago when my family traveled to Washington DC. We had lunch in the Senate restaurant and took a tour with Russ Feingold’s office, senator of our state of Wisconsin. The wall outside was lined with these beautiful red flowers and I snapped one with the white wall peeking through. I posterized it some and for some reason, I always liked it. Perhaps pictures sometimes are favored in our mind because of the memory it provokes and for no other reason.
