Always

How often we feel we’ve missed our path when laden with the guilt from our past. Thoughts we try so hard to lay down or even defend, only to find ourselves reliving our past once again.

It’s a little like wallowing in the mire as long as we struggle with the same old thoughts does not our guilt, like mud, just keep getting higher and higher?

One way or another we all suffer the consequences of each and every act, but there is complete forgiveness for the heart filled with remorse just longing to come back.

Everyone born of flesh and blood is destined to struggle with the mire of sin, but in the midst of our struggling as we yield to the Spirit of God our cleansing begins.

And so as we become cleansed from all the muck and mud of a life battered by sin, we can clearly see that the true path of life was always meant to draw us back to Him!
