On the edge of the village, near the road, is a sports field. There are fields for playing volleyball or soccer, and various contraptions for fitness or doing gymnastics (I actually saw someone doing a perfect handstand on one of those!)

But there’s no grass here – the ground is flat (flattened) and gravelly. So demarcation lines on the ground are made by rows of little stones that are just a little bit larger than the gravel. You can see the demarcation line of the whole field just behind the climbing contraption that sits on the edge of it.

Of course when no actual match is taking place, people just take the shortest route and cross the field diagonally.
