These are not prayer ribbons but prayer tags (well that’s what I call them anyway). Rather smaller than a prayer ribbon, and with an integrated cord to hang them up with, they are somewhat easier to put up – fastened to a fence, to each other or even to the branches of a tree (see below). Then again, because they are smaller, there’s also less space to write a prayer or dedication in – and some don’t seem to have any at all.

As with the ribbons, there’s some variation in what’s pre-printed on them; some of the tags have little pictures. I even spotted one variant that has a bicycle on it! (There are two near the lower-left corner.) These are on an open fence but it’s so loaded you can barely see the greenery behind it any more.

But some people do not put them up at the designated fences but put them in a tree instead (though that seems to be done more often with the ribbons):
