Each year, I write and photo-illustrate a picture book for my Gator McBumpypants series. I try to tackle a new photography technique for each book. This year, I learned about bokeh photography and I am hooked. It is fun, challenging, and I come up with new ideas every day.

I started this site with my fabric glass art because I love how light brings depth to my designs. Now I am stenciling with light in my photography and it feels like magic.
