Mask Man Date

There is something magical in the air that night. One which catches my eye. It was unbelievable how things turned out in the end. But I could not get a hold of my mystery rescuer who rescued me.
I was stuck at the end of the time. Something kept poking me. As if I have traveled back in time. In fact, I have traveled back in time. I felt like I was trapped in what I like to call, “Back to The Future” moments. I was in a cold rental hall. The lights were either working, but they were dull. Or they were not working at all. The explanation for all of the cold, the heat wasn‘t working. The rental hall looked like people were having the 50’s theme prom dance…55 years ago.
I was dress in a Cinderella-like dress. Ice blue dress with a matching ice blue slippers had always work wonders for me. But this night was different. I felt like I’m trapped in that cold dark hall. The floors were covered with either ice or snow. I slipped on an ice, and spring my right ankle. Damn! Not my bad foot. I spring my ankle in 1986 when I was about 9 years old. I could not rise from the floor, because of my bad ankle, and the floors were slippery. I was in a tight spot. I do wish somebody could come and rescue me. I screamed at the top of my lungs.
“HELP!!!” But no one heard my cries. The doors were frozen, and there was no way out. Like Cinderella when she couldn’t go to the ball; I cried. But I knew that Cindy’s tears did not freeze up as the hit the floor liker mines did. My heart could feel the cold freeze, and I was trembling so bad. Then somebody touched my left shoulder. I was scared. I did not know who touched me. I thought it was the owner of the rental hall. But it wasn’t. It was a handsome guy in a black mask. He was wearing a Spanish-like black hat, and he had the most beautiful grey eyes I had ever seen. He took my hand and pulled me up. He then picked me up, and carried me out the door. He took me home, and wrapped my injured ankle. He kissed me; and my whole body warmed up.
“Are you alright?” he said in his warm deep sexy voice.
“I’m fine, thank you.” I replied. Then, he left out my bedroom window. And I never saw him again. I had to keep that a secret because my family and friends would never believed it. He was my hero, my mask man date.
