This is the design that I have decided to submit to the Oxfam: Grow competition.
The design signifies three target areas of the grow campaign: the production, distribution and sustainability of food in deprived areas of the world. As with a lot of my work I have tried to strip this down into simple, suggestive symbols, in this case the seedling for production, world network for distribution and an arrow going around in a circle for sustainability (although this has been mistaken for a side profile smiley face, which I see as a happy accident). Then the leaves at the top to signify that it's all about food.
Of the two designs I put together for this competition, this one came out marginally on top from my approx 50 person opinion poll.
I hope the fine folks at Oxfam agree :)
Plain color t-shirts are 100% Cotton, Heather Grey is 90% Cotton/10% Polyester, Charcoal Heather is 52% Cotton/48% Polyester
Slim fit, but if that’s not your thing, order a size up
4.2oz/145g, but if that’s too light, try our heavier classic tee.

This shirt is comfortable, yet fashionable! It is made of soft cotton, but did not shrink when washed! I highly recommend it!
