Artist's Description

Pastel on Burgundy Colourfix Paper – 70cm x 50cm

This beautiful and very ancient River Gum stands beside the Goulburn, and it is known as ‘The Swing Tree’, because for many years the children of Seymour have had a rope tied around one of the branches which they use to swing out from the bank and at the appropriate time they let go and leap into the river!
