I Don't Mind Falling

I have tripped myself a few times
Headfirst into complicity, complacency, or excess,
But I never mind falling,
As I always land somewhere beautiful.
Slipping on ice or rope-tied by the neck
I clutch dear to my chest something
Beautifying ; in my chest
Where I should have a heart
Something precious and priceless
So afraid of this world and it’s coldness
Stays firm as I spin.
What it is I know not how to say
For I know not how it came to me
It’s form uncorrupted, untainted,
Unbroken , and unshaken
From gentility
Or complexity.
