Cooking at the end of a big day in the garden. Somehow the act is reviving. Or can be. Flavours to finish the rice. First warm the oil, add the mustard seed and fry until they begin to pop, then add the curry leaf and cardamom, frying until aromatic. Finally stir in the lemon zest and juice. Stir briefly and pour over cooked basmati (I like brown Basmati)and mix through.
