Thank you :))

Firstly I’d just like to say (fingers crossed and all that superstitious stuff) I’m back full time again! Yay!
After what seems like months of dreadful internet problems, mostly down to one dead router, one new but very dodgy wireless router that would work only when it felt like it, and finally another brand new router from our new internet provider, all is now back to how it should be which makes me a happy Lissy :))
A sale on Sunday made me even happier, so I’d like to thank whoever bought a photographic print of Anyone seen Alan

I hope it makes you smile as much as it does me :-D
Finally despite all my problems getting onto this site and staying on here without losing connection every few minutes, I’d like to thank all of you who have continued to support me and my work. Huge hugs to you…

One of the things keeping me busy this week & very proud I am too!

Just over a week ago, I had a message from my sister asking if my hubby would consider having his hair shaved off for charity. Now my husband has been growing his hair since about Sept.2009 so it’s of a considerable length!
It didn’t take much persuasion to get him to agree and the result is we’ve been busy promoting him and getting sponsors.
I’ve also been taking part in a weekly 50mm Prime Challenge Sunday group and last Sunday’s challenge was to take a b/w portrait of a family member or friend, so what better opportunity for me to grab a few shots of hubby and his hair!
On behalf of the charity and to boost his sponsors, I also did a compilation photo of all his hair styles over the last 3yrs.
Gave myself a good chuckle doing that one I can tell you!
Yesterday (and this afternoon – after …

2 Sales and can I have an extra day in the week please :))

Firstly big happy dance and huge thank you’s to Debra Freeman for buying a photographic print today of Pastel Pink

and to a dear old school friend of mine who bought a card of On The Prowl

Thank you both so much you’ve made my day :)))

Secondly I feel I owe everyone on here an apology for not being able to comment as much as I want on all your lovely work. I’ve got so many things on the go lately I’ve barely even had time to make another one of my creations let alone spend my precious few hours on here. I feel I’m neglecting you all :(
I’m trying to make time for myself 2 days (or nights) a week to spend on here for a good catch up, but it doesn’t always work out unfortunately.
I’m still very much out and about with my camera, possibly more so than ever, so please bear with me if my appear

Sale of a Photographic Print :)) Thank you

Over the moon and back again at having sold a medium sized photographic print of one of my all time favourite spots on the planet…Perranporth, Cornwall :))
Huge thanks a lovely family friend for buying The final hour

I hope it gives you as much pleasure as I had in taking the photo on the last day of what was a fabulous week’s holiday with my family in Cornwall back in August 2010.
Thank you xxx

What a week, what a month!

Firstly let me say to you all that if I’m missing out on some of your lovely work then huge apologies :( There’s nothing more I like than to spend an hour or 3 looking at all your work and chatting with you.
I think my blog entry yesterday will explain the last month or 2 and to why I’ve been a bit distracted :)
I also want to say a massive thank you to the 2 people who bought cards yesterday of my sister’s lovely pooch Marley

both sales came at the end of a long day and I tried very hard not to squeal out too loudly in excitement :))
I also want to thank those of you who’ve hopped on over to my new Facebook Page and ‘liked’
Your support means a great deal to me as being such a darned perfectionist with my work I’m never completely happy with any of my uploads and to go public on a site such a…

2 Sales, huge thank you :))

Thrilled to bits this week to find I’d sold a postcard of
Hazy Daisy

and the following day a photographic print of
Calla Lilies

To say I was over the moon is an understatement :)) Whoever the mystery buyer(s) are, a huge thank you. It’s such a huge thrill and honour for me when anyone likes my work enough to consider buying, so happy dances all round (well dancing from my chair as I’m a tad saddle sore from yesterday’s 6 mile bike ride LOL)
Thank you again, I’m thrilled to bits and truly honoured x
