*WHAT'S YOUR SPECIFIC ENERGY?* A particle accelerator at MIT's Jefferson Lab has been tuned to produce a very narrow beam of electrons with a megawatt of power, looking for a massive photon (a contradiction in terms). DarkLight, developed in collaboration with Jefferson et al., will look for a massive photon with a specific energy as in one particular dark matter theory. As of October 2013, the experiment will need two years of further prep and equipment testing, plus two years to collect data on millions of electron collisions in the search for a tiny statistical anomaly to prove theories, understanding and be groundbreaking. www.ThinkerCollection.com.
