The draftsman Marian Meinhardt-Schönfeld (nicknamed Mamei in his comics) is a trained decorator and worked for many years as an employed graphic designer and art director in various advertising agencies in Germany and Switzerland. Since 2006 he has worked as a freelance illustrator in a studio in Dresden. In 2011 he won the german ICOM award in the Greatest Scenario category. Mamei’s style is varied but authentic, his speciality is hidden objects within his work!
