For Australian Residents Who Care About Animals

I received this email from a reliable source (and thus can vouch that it is not just spam) which encourages Australians to respond to a survey regarding labelling of costmetics re: Animal testing.

I encourage all to take the 2 minutes it took me, to fill out the questionaire. If cruelty for Healings sake can be justified (which is very dubious) then certainly cruelty for the sake of looking good cannot. This is one way we can help take steps to stop it.

Hi,

As you may be aware, during 2008 I have been working (part-time) on a
Cosmetic Labelling Project for Lawyers for Animals, supported by
Voiceless – the fund for animals and Lush Cosmetics. A core part of our
project is an online survey to gauge the interest and expectations of
Australians with regard to the labelling of cosmetics that are tested on
animals and/or contain animal products. The survey will help to found a
report on Cosmetic Labelling that we are planning to publish in
late-November.

Whether you are male or female, you probably use cosmetics (shampoo,
after-shave, moisturiser etc…) so I am hoping you might be able to
spare about 3 minutes to complete our online survey at:

PLEASE TAKE THE SURVEY_

Once you have completed the survey, if you could please forward this
email (or the survey link) to as many of your contacts as possible, to
help generate a broad response to our survey, that would be a great help.

Many, many thanks,

Nichola Donovan
