Sunrise at Bluestone Bay in Tasmania’s Freycinet National Park where the beach is made of large granite boulders.
Freycinet is a stunningly beautiful park featuring the outcrops of a granite batholith many kilometres deep.
Most of the geological features of the park are an obvious pink granite but as you head further north the chemical composition changes to a blue/grey granite.
