Artist's Description

To be honest, I googled certain portions of the movie and saw these characters. Though they looked much bigger in the image I saw, this is my version. I deliberately made them look a little creepy like Uncle Fester creepy and no matter what anyone is saying they speak to each other – which is why their mouths look the way that they do.
Update:
As of April 29, 2012, I have seen the latest version of Alice in Wonderland. I also saw the 1999 version with Martin Short and Whoopie Goldberg – though not in its entirety. Funny, while I thought I was being imaginative with this piece, it wasn’t too far from what Tim Burton created in his version.
This was drawn on 11×14 sketch paper with black ink, graphite, and red gel pen.
