Artist's Description

This tee shirt design is the logo/title of my upcoming interactive graphic novel game thingy, Dreamtropolis, which has been formerly called The Arcolopolis (interesting name, but it’s very confusing, and slightly misses the central points that it’s a cybernetic dream work story AND a homage to the classic film/novel, Metropolis), and before that Metropolis Fallen, which is now the name of two other writers’ published books, so I just sort of bowed to the inevitable and admitted I’d taken too long again.

I seem to keep reinventing this series because I’m not happy with the name. At any rate, this may very well be the final version, as I’m pretty happy with it. Not 100% happy, but nothing will make me 100% happy except being allowed to call it Metropolis Fallen, the way it has been for the last 20 years of conceptualizing. This brings together the two concepts, Dream Job and MetFall, so it’s spiritually honest, even if it’s still a bit compromised.

I plan on wearing this tee shirt in a music video some tiem this summer, but I’ll need money to buy my own tee shirt. You can help me with that by buying one yourself. Every bit of interest shown in the project makes me want to get to work on it that much sooner, I assure you.

P.S. I’m still selling stickers, but I really don’t want to any more, because they just don’t add up, so I’ve boosted the price ridiculously to discourage people buying a sticker instead of a tee shirt. I apologize for the seemingly mercenary tactics, but honestly, there’s not a whole lot of point in my trying to sell my art if I’m making literally pennies from each sale. Thank you for understanding.
