Artist's Description

Phantom Ship Rock is a famous rock formation in Crater Lake National Park, Oregon (USA) 1168 VIEWS

The lake has the purest water in the world, and is filled from rain and snow fall naturally (no springs). Volcanic in nature, the explosion created this very deep crater, which then filled over a period of many years. Today, it maintains its levels through natural precipitation.

Its intensity of blue is the result of reflection from the deep blue skies and the purity of its waters.

(This is a natural photo. Nothing has been done to enhance the color.)
