Yes, we have all seen them, the people who manage to walk right in front of you when you are taking a shot, the ones who don't move knowing you are going to photograph and sit there in total arrogance.....or the ones who refuse to move at all. I find that when this happens, I generally say this and they almost run away as fast as they can!
