This drawing was made during a time when I was practicing Tai Chi. Our teacher would tell us to stand with our eyes closed and keep our hands in a position as if we were holding a big round ball. In this way we would get the feeling of what Chi (the cosmic energy) was. The slow and flowing movements of Tai Chi are like a moving meditation and they inspired this image.
