Artist's Description

I always wanted a photo of Abraham Lincoln’s statue at night. I sat on the floor at the base of the statue and used the flip LCD to angle the camera upward. When I finished my shot’s after about 3 minutes and got up, I noticed that the crowd stayed at least 10 feet behind me the whole time. Washington D.C. USA

Camera: Olympus C-8080WZ
Shutter: 1/1.3sec supported on floor, angled upward
Aperture: F3.5
ISO: 50
Meter: ESP
Focal: 20.6mm (conv)
WB: Auto
In camera Jpeg, no post process, no crop
Used flip LCD screen and live view to frame shot from floor.
