My finished painting from JuliaKHarwood photograph with the same title Waterfalls at Eyres Rock a rare thing to see, since it barely rains there. Ayres rock is also named “Uluru” by the Australian aborigines. A Sacred Rock, which is also one of Australia’s biggest tourist attractions. The colours of the blue skies and red earth have inspired many artists to capture her beautiful rich colours in art.
This collaboration was a part of a workshop in the Solo Exhibition Group here on RB. The workshop brings photographers and artists together. An agreement is made and the artist translates the photograph. These finished works will be in an exhibition in August. This is my fourth translation.
