Lately my mind thinks a lot of birds and koi, I love the movement, the colour, the freedom that they represent. Koi are symbolic of so many positive things, including long life and prosperity, when given or taken as a gift to oneself, you are giving positive messages. They are hypnotic to watch, taking you into present moment stillness and quietness, being in the moment, creating a sense of mindfulness, is always such a positive influence on our lives.
