Blue Lady Orchid – thelymitra crinita
Found Spring 2012 in the natural woodland of Karnup nature reserve in Western Australia

From Wikipedia : – Thelymitra crinita, commonly known as the Blue Lady Orchid, the Queen Orchid, the Lily Orchid or the Long-haired Thelymitra, is a species of orchid which is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It grows to 70 cm in height and produces blue flowers between September and November (spring) in its native range. -The species was first formally described by botanist John Lindley in 1839 in A Sketch of the Vegetation of the Swan River Colony
