Artist's Description

Grevillea anethifolia: is a member of the Proteaceae family and is known as the Spiny Cream Spider Flower.

Grevillea anethifolia is a medium shrub that may reach a height of two metres with a similar spread. The leaves are about five centimetres long, divided, narrow-linear with prickly points and light green in colour. Although prickly, the foliage has a soft appearance when viewed from a distance. The flowers are creamy-white, profuse, carried in clusters and sweetly perfumed. Flowering occurs between August and December. The foliage contrasts with the abundant flowers.
