Artist's Description

“No-one who puts his hand to the plough and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God”.

Pretty tough words, especially when you look at the context : two men who wanted to follow Jesus, but firstly wanted to go back home and say goodbye.

We often complain that things are not going right in our lives – “If God really cared, He wouldn’t let this happen.” He has the right to test us and He does – the same yesterday, today and tomorrow…

Acrylic painting on acrylic wash background.
