Hand over your troubles and worries to the universe, guardians, angels, god, whoever you might chat with, and ask them to take your troubles over.
Thank you for your generosity.

“If you call your troubles experiences, and remember that every experience develops some
latent force within you, you will grow vigorous and happy, however adverse your
circumstances may seem to be.”
{J.R. Miller}
Beautifully created!!! Bill
Excellent quote, thanks Bill :)
Creative art and way of dealing with worries. Does it work for you? This is beautiful.
I would love to see this in “Abstract/ Surreal”:http://www.redbubble.com/groups/pass-it-on-prose and “Feminine Intent”:http://www.redbubble.com/groups/feminine-intent, too.
Thank you so much Tori. Yes it does, it takes away the sting long enough to place space between the worry and myself. The emotion attached to the worry can cloud everything. By handing over the troubles, this gives the opportunity to see and become more flexible in the idea that there can be another answer, another way, and to realise maybe the world is bigger and more comforting than we lead ourselves to believe.
This concept takes you beyond thinking and into trusting. I had a massive issue that had the ability to take me to the lowest of lows, in all eyes it seemed like a massive disaster. I could not change the reality but by using this technique, I was amazed how my perceptions of a very bad place (that was leading to me to the feelings of betrayal and hopelessness), or I could lead myself to see how positive the experience was. By putting the space between the reality and myself I could see another way, it was all about changing my view, my belief. When I did change my perception with courage, and saw differently, I found with amazement there was so much support and love from people that I never thought would. Tori, I can testify it truly works :))) Boxing up your troubles is necessary to honour yourself and to allow the universe to support you.
I have joined the groups you have suggested and will submit the image. Thank you so much Tori for your constant support, encouragement, and belief in my work :))

Thank you Tori :))
An uplifting, positive expression with both image and words. I found that “releasing” worries when they became huge and overwhelming and I had reached the point where there was nothing I could do, really worked for me too :))
I am so glad it did work for you Alison. I must admit I forget to use this technique and when I come back to this image… oh, that’s right I forgot… this does work! :)))
This is insightful. I love sending trouble off through the air. It is perfect and a great representation of who would handle your troubles. :) Fantastic, inspiring creations! :)
Thank you Ann, this image was a reminder for me as much as anyone else:))
