Artist's Description

2008.Oil on Canvas 36X24 inch

This piece focuses and emphasizes more on the anxiety of being lost. This painting is best described by the viewer. What does this painting make you feel? My inspiration for this painting was M.C Escher’s lithograph “Relativity”. It represents the paradox of no gravitational pull, many angles and places we could go. This painting was suppose to represent the imagination of a person trapped in a industrial place, the thoughts and feeling someone feels when lost in a place like this. The paranoia of never making it out of this place, thinking the worst, like dieing or completely vanish from the face of the earth, Hysteria.
