Jonas St. Juste is an art photographer born and tied to Harlem, and currently based in New York City. Initially coming from an anthropology & sociology background, Jonas’s focus has been on urban wilderness. He primarily photographs unpeopled spaces, and uses those moments to reflect on his feelings of escaping the city and bridging a relationship with the culture of the Lenape peoples, whose ancestral land makes up the city.
