Artist's Description

This is a photograph of my partner, which was taken in the door way of an old ski hut at Mt Field National Park (Tasmania, Australia).

This ski hut is located on Twilight Tarn, which is a small alpine lake. It is one of many which make up what is called the Tarn Shelf. This historical hut can still be used by walkers to take shelter for a rest of overnight.

My partner (person in the photograph) and I went on a cold rainy day just before a big snow in 2010. It was so nice to have a cosy lunch, a memory which i will allways cherish. This park is my favourite place and I visit regularly. To anyone thinking of visiting beautiful Tasmania, I highly recommend a visit to Mt Field National Park!
