EACH DAY I DIE A LITTLE MORE

You’ve been snatched away from me,
to another place, an invisible door.
and since you’ve left me here all alone,
each day I die a little more!

It is in vain I search to find,
answers from God , I do implore.
But silence and pain is all I have
each day I die a little more!

They say that time heals all wounds
a promise I won’t ignore,
But as I await the healing of my soul
each day I die a little more!

The world will go on, as I alone,
sit broken to my very core
and until once again, I feel your embrace
each day I’ll die a little more!

Death has taken you from my world,
knocking me to the floor!
Tears ever flowing down my face,
and each day I die a little more.

EACH DAY I DIE A LITTLE MORE
